I had a great experience at Ametyst Hostel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They even helped me retrieve my luggage in the middle of the night when I had to leave on short notice. Despite the small rooms, I found the hostel to be clean and the beds comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the attractions. I enjoyed meeting other travelers in the shared kitchen and had a pleasant stay overall. I would definitely recommend this hostel to others.

The location is mind-blowing! Right in the old town, super close to all the jaw-dropping attractions. The cleanliness is top-notch, with the cleaning lady/receptionist constantly tidying up. The shared room has no bad smell and the sheets are always clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric kettle, cookware, and utensils, making it super convenient to cook during your stay. The location is perfect for club-goers and those searching for housing, with a tram stop right in front. The guests are generally nice and silent, and the receptionist is a practical and problem-solving genius. The hostel is just a 5-minute walk to the main square, which is absolutely stunning at night. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are decent. an excellent stay!

My mind was blown by this jaw-dropping hostel! The receptionist made an exception for me and let me check in early. The beds were super comfortable and clean. The facilities in the kitchen and toilets were in great condition. And the location? Unbelievable! Just a short 5-minute walk to the city center. No noise from the street, and so close to the old town. Plus, the price was an absolute steal for solo travelers. The owner was incredibly helpful, even though he didn't speak much English. When my locker broke down, he came at night to fix it. All in all, a ridiculously awesome stay!

We had a fantastic stay at the hostel! the staff, especially the receptionist, was incredibly kind and helpful. We had a late-night flight and needed to retrieve our luggage in a hurry, and they were very accommodating. the location is perfect, just a short walk from the main square and close to all the attractions. the room was modern and spotlessly clean, exceeding our expectations.
Everything was great! 😉.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of the old town and close to all the popular attractions. You can easily explore the city on foot and it's only a short walk to the train station. The bathroom in my room was warm and the shower was great. The common area was quiet and peaceful, allowing for relaxation after a long day of exploring.
The room I stayed in had a view of the street, which was fine except for the fact that there was a tram stop right in front. The noise from the trams was not too bothersome, but the vibrations in the room whenever a tram passed by could be annoying for some people.

Great hostel experience! Location is top, easy to find, right in the city center. Shops are close by. The hostel is new and everything is super clean - rooms, bathroom, bed sheets, towels. Excellent value for money! The staff were friendly and helpful.
The showers were very dirty and smelly. Temperature control was a problem, either too hot or freezing cold.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the hostel. the beds were cozy and provided a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. the staff also made sure that the place was well-maintained and tidy, which was definitely a plus. the hostel had a great location, just a short walk away from the city center and close to various food options. This made it convenient to grab a quick bite or explore the local cuisine.
there was a lack of staff presence. It was confusing and frustrating to not have receptionists readily available for check-in or check-out.

I recently stayed at Ametyst for a week and had a fantastic experience. The staff greeted us warmly even though we arrived late at night. The hostel's location in the heart of the old town made it easy to explore all the historic sites, restaurants, and cafes. The place was spotlessly clean, thanks to the diligent cleaning staff. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to cook our own meals. The hostel also had lockers for valuables, providing extra security. The other guests were friendly and respectful, creating a nice atmosphere. The receptionist was also incredibly helpful, even understanding my broken Polish better than locals in my hometown. the Ametyst Hostel offers a great location, cleanliness, and helpful staff.
Totally recommend this hostel.

The hostel was spotless with new facilities. the location was amazing, just a short walk to the central square. There were plenty of dining options nearby. We loved having a 24/7 Carrefour express market right across the street. the staff, especially the receptionist lady, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and even allowed us to check-in early. the kitchen and toilets were cleaned regularly and well-maintained. the beds were comfortable and clean. Despite the central location, there was no noise from the street.
Felt great, no complaints.

I was really surprised by my recent stay at Ametyst. The location was perfect, with the main square within walking distance and a 24-hour supermarket right across the street. The staff, especially the lady at the reception, was helpful and accommodating.
Although I only stayed for one night instead of the planned two, due to some noise issues and a shaky bed, the mattress itself was comfortable. The hostel could use some improvements, such as better soundproofing in the rooms and a more stable bed frame.
